Wonderful single house in the panoramic and sunny area of "Pera alta", is composed of only 4 apartments.

It is only 15-20 minutes walk from the center, and the first supermarket is 500 meters away. At 500 meters there is the new chair lift to ski on the slopes of the Catinaccio / Ciampediè ski area in winter and in summer it is also the starting point of the shuttle bus to Gardeccia, for summer trips.

Equipped with garage, outdoor parking, free ski / bicycle storage.

All apartments have free WI-FI access and flat-screen TV with satellite TV for some foreign channels.

In all the houses it is forbidden to wax the skies.

IMPORTANT: barbecue in the apartments and also in the garden are forbidden.

IT IS FORBIDDEN TO RECHARGE ELECTRIC CARS AT ALL OF OUR HOUSES.

THERE ARE SPECIFIC PLACES IN TOWN.

If need to recharge electric bicycles, please let us know before the reservation.
